Each of our proposals contains a detailed description of the project management methodology that we recommend. This has been developed and refined over the 25 years we have been installing and implementing IT systems. Although our methodology is well tested we are happy to adopt alternatives if our clients would prefer.

- A signed off working system verified through the Conference Room Pilot
- Completed operating procedures revised to reflect any net change requirements
- Fully trained users through completion of End User Training
The Implementation Phase is designed to deliver
- Completion of system admin tasks
- Verification of all factors required for live systems operations
- Live data load and full reconciliation
- PCI led cutover and new system release
- Go-live
The New Systems Operations is designed to deliver
- Support for new systems operations
- Review of system effectiveness
- Definition of further phases for continuous improvement
- Project closure
